At INDESIGN, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality custom prints . We understand that occasionally issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them promptly and efficiently. Please review our return policy outlined below:
1.    Returns for Poor Quality Prints:
•    If you receive a print that is of poor quality, we will gladly accept returns and offer a replacement or a refund.
•    Poor quality may include but is not limited to: printing errors, smudging, fading, or any other manufacturing defects that significantly affect the appearance or usability of the print.
•    To initiate a return for poor quality prints, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We may request photo evidence of the issue to expedite the process.
2.    Returns for Non-Quality Related Issues:
•    Due to the customized nature of our prints, we do not accept returns for reasons other than poor print quality. This includes but is not limited to changes of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect information provided by the customer at the time of order.
•    It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all customization details are accurate before placing an order.
3.    Return Process:
•    To initiate a return for poor quality prints, please contact our customer service team at support@indesign.org.im
•    Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
•    Returns must be sent back in their original packaging, with all accessories and components included.
•    Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify the reported issue.
•    If the return is approved, we will process a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.    Refund Policy:
•    Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
•    Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to poor print quality as outlined in section 1.
•    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
